Horrendous service would be an understatement for describing this gallery. I had a poster signed by the artist at this gallery for French Quarter Fest and walked it over two feet to the manager to have them frame it. OVER 4 MONTHS LATER, the poster still was not framed. We called and complained several times and would never get a call back. We would always follow up and get told it would be ready in a couple of weeks. Charming gallery, great selection from the best local artists, honest and knowledgeable owner/proprietor. The only place I will purchase my JazzFest posters/have them framed.
