We found Dr. Romanelli and his team about 3 years ago. When our insurance company stop paying the full amount that our high-tech space age dental provider was charging, we needed to make the move. Dr. Romanelli was recommended by a couple of people with the same insurance provider that we had. The rest is history. I would call this a Mom & Pop Shop, there's just no Mom.
