I am so incredibly happy with the service I received from this office. Janet, the dental hygenist, was so professional, thorough, and friendly. She educated me and put me at ease with all procedures she performed. Dr. Rauschel is incredibly good at what he does and is a very modest man who does not take credit for anything that he does. I am so pleased with the sealants placed by Janet, the composite resin fillings placed by both Dr. Rauschel and his wonderful assistant Jamie, and the unbelievable way my teeth look. My sons (3) and I have been receiving care from Dr. Rauschel for well over 15 years. Two of my sons are in the Navy and pay out of pocket for dental when they come home. We love this dental practice. I will continue to refer friends and family
Dr Rauschel doesnt return patient phone calls or assist with prior authorizations for trauma related dental work even after committing to doing so. Great bed side manner, lacking follow thru, customer service and patience care and service, dont waste your time!
