Very knowledgeable and does not give up on a problem! Staff are friendly and competent, especially Maria L.
Dr. McLaughlin is a very good doctor. He takes a lot of time with his patients and you don’t feel rushed.
Dr McLaughlin was amazing. And when it came after the colonoscopy a robot called to say the samples never was received. I have been calling and stopping by the office a lot and the staff refuses to speak to me. I wasted money and time for nothing.
Not worth the wait! We arrived at 11:15 for an 11:30 appointment. Left at 12:45 without seeing the doctor. Asked if we had any pre procedure form to complete and why need to come 15 min early even though this was our second visit. After a while someone announced the doctor was running 50 min late. We waited and then after a hour and 15 min from the scheduled appointment time decided to leave. We will find a new doctor with office staff that could notify you of a delay. Inconsiderate. Not acceptable!
Yesterday, I had my initial, new patient appointment with Doc McLaughlin. He came highly recommended and now I can see why. I am looking forward to a long association with the doc.
