As of 2017, the 36th floor is exclusively used for meetings. It is NOT accessible even by the hotel's guests.
We usually stay at the Embarcadero Hyatt but this was a nice change. Design in the rooms is sleek and chic and very comfortable, and the restaurant is quite good.
The controls for the blackout blinds are by the bed.
Excellent mezzanine bar. Beautiful spot to watch a game.
Internet speed is terrible - unusable. When I complained i got transferred to tech support who told me I needed a code to get premium service at extra cost. Nasty business.
Amazing hotel with hi-tech modern rooms. Automated blackout blinds and views over Coit Tower and the Bay if you are on the higher floors. Beautiful bar and lobby - breakfasts are great too.
Nice enough. The bar was well appointed. Wish the snack bar stayed open all day.
