Skipped me twice, after the second time they were called and had the excuse the cans were to heavy. They came back and was mad they had to pickup. The cans were not heavy. Going to another service where they don't have boys to pickup light cans.
They never answer the phone and i cant pay the bill and they turn it to collections
I am very bias as it was my Grandfather's business and his way was customer always right.. I'm sorry some of you having bad experiences but I guess you just can't please everybody... Thank you on behalf of the Vince family on hospitality for the service... Thank you and God Bless
The lady at the front desk is very very rude! My mom called to ask about the trash service not being picked up! Well she hung up on my mom twice! And then to find out we owe money on our service when she had paid the money to the guy on the truck who never turned it in (never have had problems with this before) would not recommend this service! Very rude and unprofessional !
