I decided to try Dr. Montes after I moved far away from my regular endocrinologist. My old endo was pretty much ready to move me to insulin as the medications I was on weren't really controlling things very well and my A1C was getting into the high 7s and low 8s. Dr. Montes did some tests and changed my medication and now my A1Cs average 6. He has really helped me get healthy again and I highly recommend him!!
I was a recently new patient, and my first appointment made me feel welcomed, at home and listened to. This meant the world to me!!! Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse to the doctor all were compassionate and caring! This is how every experience should be.
I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Montes. After waiting six weeks for an initial visit, he was dismissive of my symptoms and offered no real solutions or next steps. I didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously, and I left the appointment with no answers or plan. If you’re looking for a doctor who listens and genuinely tries to help, I wouldn’t recommend this one.
I’m new to Washington from Texas, and finding a healthcare provider who truly listens felt nearly impossible—until I met Suhyl Mohebi, PA-C. Not only did he take the time to hear all of my concerns, but he was also incredibly personable, thorough, and detail-oriented. Hands down, the best recommendation I’ve received since moving! I finally feel like I’m in good hands.
