My wife is now 7 appts in to her treatment and the lady at the front desk is rude and really does not acknowledge when my wife shows up for treatment. The lady looks at my wife but does not acknowledge her, typically rolls her eyes and takes deep breaths. Unacceptable. I would request this lady at the front desk is replaced with someone more competent. I will not recommend aurora for anything. Cancer treatments are supposed to be a positive experience but not here, not so far. My wife really dreads going. So sad.
I had appt for 3:30 3 people told me that Allison was gonna be 15 min late it is now an hour late what kind of customer service is this?
