My wife is now done with her radiation treatment and the lady at the front desk ( Brittany) is rude and really does not acknowledge when my wife shows up for treatment. The Brittany looks at my wife but does not acknowledge her, typically rolls her eyes and takes deep breaths. Unacceptable. I would request this lady at the front desk is replaced with someone more competent. I will not recommend aurora for anything. Cancer treatments are supposed to be a positive experience but not here. Vince Lombardi Cancer Center Kenosha I have NEVER seen or heard such rude & verbally abuse receptionists. 05/07/25 I hope they watch video. My husband had a 7:30 labs & then Dr @ 8am. As my husband approached the line mark & waiting, one of the receptionists in a red top-snapped at him & “we are just getting here” as she took her coat off, how about a “good morning, we’ll be right with you” NOPE!
