I have been going here for over 2 years last June when I talked to Dr Siegel him and I talked about it and he was going to add iron into my shot I'm anemic the staff there forgot to add me on to the appointment list for over 6 months can you imagine 6 months I hadn't had an appointment so they texted me and asked me if I wanted to change my preset-up appointment from coming June 2026 to June 8th I said what for there was no need. Absolutely love their care. The two women that used to be at the front desk made this awful experience so much easier. Unfortunately lately I haven't seen the short blonde girl, I think her name is Kara? She was always so bubbly and friendly. I've come to learn this was a response of poor management. We would love to see her come back. Otherwise the young brunette at the front desk is a doll. Miss seeing the two of them together.
