Vince has helped my family and friends at least half a dozen times in the last two years. We highly recommend him, as he is extremely helpful, energetic, patient, tireless, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. I can’t say enough! We had a great experiencing selling our home with Vince. Our home sold fast and he was organized and punctual throughout the process. His communication is incredible, and I felt very well represented. Vince's advice is realistic and has the client's best interests in mind. When we moved to St. Augustine originally, we had purchased our house with him as our agent, so it's obvious we enjoyed our experience since we used him when it was time for us to move again!
Vince is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in St Augustine. He helped us find the right property when we moved to St Augustine several years ago that was convenient to I95 for our commute to Jacksonville. He also recently marketed our rental property and we got an offer the first day!
Vince was able to find us the perfect home to lease. Moving from Ohio, we needed to totally depend on Vince's judgement and taste. Not sure if anyone else could have selected anything better. We will definitely go to him when we are ready to buy.
Vince worked with us for almost 3 years in helping us fulfill our dream of moving to St. Augustine. From building the right home here to giving us advice in selling our house in Connecticut. He stayed in contact regularly to make sure we had all of our concerns addressed and helped us settle in. He even bought my 9 year old a milkshake!!!! He is more than a realtor. He has become a friend.
