The service was great, wine and drink choices are good. 2/4 meals were very good the other 2 were served warm not hot. The Halibut and beet salads were excellent. The paella was not very seasoned and the spaghetti was underwhelming. It was a Tuesday night and our table was the last table in the restaurant, not sure how you bring out food warm. I would probably give the restaurant 3.5/5 if Google allowed it. Overall for what we paid, I would probably would not go back.
Great food, ambiance, nice music for dining and friendly wait staff
Visiting Boulder for work and stopped in randomly. The service was amazing, my food was delicious and I had wonderful cocktails. Beautiful atmosphere very warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

I have no idea how this restaurant got more than three stars. I had the paella and my wife had the ceviche. Both of us were sorely disappointed. Our waiter had no interest in hearing from us about our food and aimed as to shuffle us along and put as quick as possible. The decor, music, location, and bourbon selection are good. Too bad the food is so mediocre.
