Arrived at my appointment, and had to wait over 45 mins, even though their were no patients in the waiting room. When I eventually got back to a room, i then waited another 40 mins, decided to step out and see if I had just been forgotten. I had! They had forgotten I was inna room waiting! When Dr Potluri finally came back ans I told her what happened, she dismissed it saying how things like this sometimes happen. I had to see Dr. Potluri because my regular doctor was on maternity leave and she was very pleasant and understanding. I didnt have to wait a long time before she came in to see me and go over my bloodwork before I started my chemo treatment that day. I would recommend her for an oncologist.

The staff was rude, unorganized and unprofessional. New patient appt March 2023 for elevated blood platelets. Arrived at the address provided in the email, only to arrive at a renal suite. Ok, no problem, easy fix. Called to figure out where I'm supposed to be and I was interrupted in the middle of talking "you need to hold on and listen mmkay?" I show up, they lost my new patient paperwork I emailed them through their portal "oh we don't know where those go" no problem, I'll email the original person who sent me the informa... read more

TIA @ 40yrs old, some spikes on blood work only to be told that the tests don’t mean anything. At the end of the 2nd appointment I had more questions than when I first went here. It took more than a month to get an appointment, and the first one was only a consult for more labs. Awful bedside manner in a time where personal connections are so fleeting yet intensely necessary. Do better.

I originally met her while hospitalized. She came to my room on a Sunday having already reviewed my diagnostic procedure results and reassured me there was a plan of care. My husband and I were presented with an immediate plan and treatment options during our first office visit. Treatment was aggressively pursued and referrals with coordination with specialist were made immediately. I felt I received the best care I could have received.

I waited four weeks to see the doctor just for a referral. The doctor came in to see me with the wrong chart. She took less than two minutes to do a thorough physical exam and then she submitted the wrong form for the referral. Not exactly the expertise I'm looking for in a professional physician. If simple mistakes are made so easily in her office, I have no confidence in her ability to make accurate medical decisions. She is not focusing on being careful and taking good care of her patients.
