I have been falsely billed for a consultation of maybe 5 minutes, 10 minutes tops. They added 2 line times for 2 services that were performed on me which constituted "care" basically saying yes, I have a fracture and sending to me another doctor. I emailed them with no response. I called and got bounced around. Finally I was offered a "discount". For services that were ridiculously added to my bill and I'm having to foot a $3,490. The staff in the front is incredibly warm & welcoming. Barely any waiting time. Dr. Chopra was direct, courteous and attentive. I was able to explain my situation, get imaging on the area, receive a diagnosis and set up physical therapy appointments all in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Genesis Orthopaedic & Spine
