Quick, attentive, quality work!
My rear bumper needed to be replaced after I was rear ended. Their technician bent a piece of my new bumper while trying to put it on and I was told I would be called in the following week to get it fixed which was fine. It has now been a week and a half and they have not called me to fix the piece they had messed up or to provide me with an update. I've gone to Vive in Allentown a few times. I chose them because it's close to work and was on my insurance network. Best choice I've made yet. I've had more than a handful of cosmetic repairs and collision repairs done in the Lehigh Valley.. it's crazy out here.. They've done the best work, by far.
