This shop advertises modern technology and a stress-free, transparent customer experience, but that does not match reality. My repair timeline changed three times, I had to call repeatedly to get updates, and I was never able to reach the insurance writer assigned to my vehicle. For someone who travels for work, this lack of communication made the process extremely inconvenient and stressful. Based on communication and service alone, I would not choose this shop again.
My car looks wonderful. Peter and everyone I had contact with at VIVE were very kind and focused on customer satisfaction.
