I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for a long time, and I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience, especially with how Vina, the owner, handled the situation. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:00 PM, but I was dealing with an urgent phone call that unexpectedly ran longer than anticipated. I paid $30 for an underarm wax and it was a terrible experience. The technician initially tried waxing me in a pedicure chair instead of taking me to a proper room, then repeatedly went over the same areas. My underarms were bruised for several days afterward. For the price, I expected professional service and proper technique. Very disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. I would not recommend this salon for waxing services.
What a terrible place $30 basic I said I want less than basic I dont want all the bs massage lotions. She charged me 44 instead. Claiming I had gel on before and they insisted to do gel ladies were laughing when I said I told u no gel why are you doing gel. Con artist.
Vina nails super good and good job
Absolutely terrible experience and they treat you like you are at a cruise port constantly badgering you about services and prices. I do not recommend at all. Also they treated my daughter horrible calling her nail idea ugly since she wanted me to spend money on a more expensive design
