The reviews and pictures here are great, but the service I received today was terrible. I came in with gel polish on natural nails, my technician almost drilled a hole through my nail bed. I should have left after their attempt at removing my previous polish. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and regret it. My nails feel worse, I did not get what I wanted, despite saying I want this, while pointing to what I had on my nails, It just needed to be refreshed. Really great work! I’m very impressed by this salon. The manicurist who did my nails took his time and performed everything with great detail. My only complaint is that while the manicurist did a great job, he flirted with me a little too much, which was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Besides that, I would come back.

Tom did an amazing job on my nails! I have been here now 4 times and it has been great every time! I love the builder gel and is my new go to after dip powder for the last 5+ years!
