Today was the first time I've visited VIN Nail Bar. The last time I was able to get my nails done, I went to Avante, where they cut me multiple times on my toes and didn't trim the cuticles on my hands or scrub the soles of my feet. (I always choose the package that includes it because I work 7/12's and know I need it.) Ruby did my full gel x set and pedicure. She was friendly and took her time in taking care of me. I had the best gel manicure experience with Henry! His attention to detail was exceptional, and he took great care in perfecting the shape and French tips. My nails look flawless, and I’ve received so many compliments. Highly recommend!
I’m disappointed to be writing this review because I previously had a very positive experience at Vin Nail Bar for manicure and pedicure services. The staff was professional, efficient, and the quality of the work was good. Unfortunately, my recent waxing appointment was a completely different experience. The first time I visited, I had a great experience. They got me in and out quickly, and my nails looked amazing. Unfortunately, my second visit was much different. I called ahead and asked if there was a wait for two full sets for my friend and me. I was told there was no wait, so we arrived about 10 minutes later. When we got there, they started on my friend right away, but I wasn’t started until about 25 minutes later.
