This was my first time ever doing a walk-in, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. As soon as I stepped in, they paused what they were doing and made me feel like their top priority. The experience started off with a relaxing shampoo and conditioner treatment, it felt amazing and instantly set the tone. They did a amazing job with highlighting my hair a light blonde. They were professional, explaining if my hair was gonna be okay or not, how it would go, and when they were processing my hair, both of them were working together for my hair to be processed evenly. Asking me every step if i am okay and happy with the process, I love my experience with them and would recommend them fully.
