Terrible. Unprofessional, dishonest, careless, and borderline fraudulent. If you’re looking for a great way to waste your money, this is the place. I booked an appointment for a full interior and exterior detailing on my SUV. Over the phone, we agreed on $80. I arrived at my scheduled 10:00 AM appointment, only to find the shop still closed. ⚠️ SCAM, STAY AWAY, OVERCHARGE⚠️ I was instructed to bypass Groupon and pay directly. Later discovered I paid MORE than the price available through Groupon. When I raised the issue, the business REFUSED to take ownership and told me to deal with Groupon instead. Multiple follow-ups led nowhere. If a business can't stand behind its own pricing or its employees' instructions, it doesn't deserve your business.

This guys are the real deal tight here!!!! I purchased a Groupon and paid an extra $30 to have everything steam cleaned and it was well worth it! To be honest my car was an absolute disgrace with having 2 kids in winter boots holding snacks and all the snow we've had including the salt! My vehicle was brought back to it's original factory setting! Cloth seats steamed and washed, ground steamed and washed, dash sparking! It's truly amazing the before and after.
