We recently put a deposit on a car- with a «sold» receipt in hand. They sold it before we could discuss terms- as they promised they would do on Monday. Didn’t have the decency to let us know, or even return the deposit. They’re also not responding to phone calls or text messages. We were impressed when we met with them- but now this. Poor customer service. Now, have to hope I can get my refund back.
