I have been coming here for 10 years and every encounter with the staff Bhumi is very unpleasant. I was heavily disappointed by my facial appointment. Despite booking an express facial, I was upsold by the esthetician after she took a look at my complexion. It was super non-chalant like “yup, it’s really dirty and dry, how about we do the hydrafacial and glow?” I had to inquire about the extra time and $170 upgrade otherwise it would have been a surprise at checkout.
