Facial with Rinki was amazing! She was very gentle and through and explained each step to me and answered all of my questions. Very clean and organized space, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.
I did my underarm, whole legs and whole arm. Firstly, after wax they never clean or apply anything. They asked me to clean it myself. After I left, the next day I saw that my underarm was black and itchy. I called and complained about it. They blamed it on heat but I have been doing underarm waxing for more than 15 years now it never happened including living in a tropical country. They gave me a little green gel to use.
