My bad review would be towards their booking system. It’s been 3 occasions that they’ve turned me down because the person booking didn’t communicate. Only reason I tried going back is because their massages are good, but after this last time they messed up my appointment I will not be returning.
-WARNING- Not worth the money. I paid a total of $70 for an oil rub. Told the older lady I needed strong pressure and she told me just wait I'm warming you up. After the oil rub she trying to say the oil was to help me relax. She said next time it'll be better but never again will I got TO Vimarn!!
3/2/23: Made an appointment for Cerritos location only to receive a late text (after I went to Cerritos) to go to Lakewood location. After I got to Lakewood, I was told they only accept Cash App and Zelle and I would have to pay first. I left. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Completely unprofessional.
