I joined Vim & Vigor in Carson City on Topsy July 5th 2022, the first day they opened. It has been my pleasure to work with David Corona (departed for family and faith a couple of months ago) for nearly three years. His staff and trainers are the best. Sydney, my trainer, has a varied productive workout schedule for me and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. This place sent my wife to collections after she canceled her membership.. The gym is nice minus the lack of cable machines. Their business practices are questionable.
My wife and I have been going here for a few years. I've tried other gyms in the Carson area and while they are not bad, I definitely prefer Vim. It offers a good gym layout. It doesn't feel super cluttered and they keep it clean. Also from my experience the gym community that attends Vim regularly is easy going, and friendly.
