Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff that address all your concerns. Well worth a drive from Vilonia to see them.
What’s not to love? The new clinic location for the good Doctor has been a bonus. As usual, Dr.McNew takes all the time an encounter needs. Sometimes- I’m a five minute visit, but on those occasions where I have a lot of questions, needs or education, she hangs with me. Never rushes. Always thinking outside the box. Completely changed all my medications causing my blood sugars to stay in the low 200s for four months and told me I had chronic kidney disease, which it turns out that I didn’t, before she put me back on the original meds I came into her office on. She refused to renew my Iron even though I have been on it for over 2 years. I was asking for a refill and she said I didn’t need it and would not refill it.
