I was kept on my stomach for the entire massage portion, which in turn actually ended up making my back hurt more than when I came in. I also felt like parts of my body weren't massaged because I didn't flip to be on my back. Such as my thighs, shins, biceps, and shoulders. I wasn't asked to flipped over until it was time for my "add ons" for my face & scalp massage, which are not worth it, and what they don't tell you is that the add ons are included into the 90 minute massage.
