I have come here once before, and it was good but this time they burned my hair. They tried to tell me hair damage is normal if you flat iron your hair?!?!?!

Horrible salon. My hair is breaking everywhere and falling off right now, I dont even know what to do. They put random red highlights all over my hair when I asked for the ends of my hair to be red. Very bad communication, they kept doing things without explaining what they were doing. My hair came out pink in some spots. They said they would "fix" it. I have curly, after they Flat ironed my hair it doesnt curl. Don't come if your hair curly.
