We've had our whole house generator about a month now. There was a power outage last Saturday for about 4 hours, but not at our house. It was such a great feeling when the generator came on. We were cool and comfortable, didn't have to worry about food in our freezer. We even ran an extension cord from the generator to our neighbors home so they could plug in their refrigerator, and had them over so they could stay cool and comfortable as well. Villers added a generator interlock and a subpanel for my garage. There was some miscommunication on the scope of work at first, but Villers took care of everything I asked. Ted did the install, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Thank you!
Great job from them! They came out during the coldest time of the year after hours to fix an issue preventing the HVAC from getting power.
