As a sub-contractor for General contractor's in new or renovations ,dealing with Villella construction has been a great experience for the last 10 years ,very direct and will listen to you if a better idea is proposed to him to satisfy his customer's end result ,Great job to Gianluca and his team looking forward to working with you guy's in the future.
Completely unreliable. Difficult to reach by phone and does not return voicemails. Screens your calls but suspiciously answers when calling from a blocked number. Commits to things then doesn't deliver, and worse they ignore you so you're left wasting your time when you could have been looking for other contractors.
