In the spring of 2009 we rented an apartment in Paris from Ville Et Village, had a wonderful time with no problems. So when it came time to find a rental for Rome in May 2016, we again turned to them. The apartment was clean enough, had a great location, was almost true to the description (washer does not mean washer and dryer!) but the bed was lumpy and I found Ville Et Village before the trip very difficult to work with.
