Update: I lived here for 2 years and just moved out. I liked the apartment, the location, the management, and the maintenance workers. The apartment is on the smaller side but the kitchen was new and the patio space was great in the summer. Quite a few of the units have central air. I heard there are plans to update all the units to have central air but one air conditioner was enough to keep us cool in the summer which was provided by the landlord.
