Worst customer service, called about a few job. Closed the phone before I was done talking.
My daughter had a problem with her Hyundai Iload and we called out a big company mobile mechanic. After a ridiculously high quote we got in contact with Peter. What a champion guy. Towed the van, fixed the problem and the cost was WAY below what the mobile mob quoted. Thanks heaps Peter.
On speaking with Peter, i was pleasently surprised at how upfront he was with recommending what repairs my Suzuki required. Eventhough i had just come in off the street just seeking a quote, he was informative , courteous and helpful in advising what was the best step forward for my poor smoking Suzuki V6. He gave lots of helpful tips. i am undecided whether to proceed with the repairs he offered but i am certainly impressed his friendliness and proffessionalism in dealing with customers.
