The doctor Eloy is great he is the best doctor ENT. But his staff The front desk girls are the worst personal ever, no costumer service at all, they don’t help the patients with any type of questions. I left my appointment feeling disappointed and frustrated. The doctor did not allow me to ask questions which left me feeling dismissed and ignored. I understand he may not have been able to provide a specific treatment for my condition at this time, I was hopping for more empathy and interest in my situation.
