Where should I start? First off she is a P.A. not M.D. She has one patient she misdiagnosed for diabetes and it turned out to be a thyroid issue. Biggest complaint is she prescribed a diabetic medication to a patient and the medicine wasn't readily available at (patients) pharmacy (walgreens) so the medicine wasn't available to patient 100% of time. Patient brought this to her attention and nothing was proactively done to remedy this problem. She put note on patient's file that an office visit was mandatory for next month's ... read more
