They charge $900 for base rent, $300+ for water, gas etc… And you gotta pay for ur own wifi and electricity which is another $300. And what do you get? Poor management, slow responses, terrible communication, piss smelling pool with bird shit and feather everywhere(gave me an ear infection) and thin walls. I recently stopped by for a tour and the office staff was so welcoming and professional. Really made a great impression! I will be considering Villas on the Hill for my next home!
The apartment itself is decent, but there are several issues that don’t match the high price tag. I paid between $1,100 and $1,300 with a roommate, which feels excessive for what’s provided. The walls and floors are very thin, so noise is a constant issue. The pool area is poorly maintained—bird feathers and droppings are everywhere.
