This property is so beautiful and the staff is delightful! I had to call Margarita at 1am to her personal phone with a question and she answered right away and handled it for me! She’s amazing!!!
We scheduled a tour at this apartment complex based on the listed opening time of 8:30am, which appears both online and on signage at the property. After booking, we were contacted by the leasing office and told they don’t actually open until 9am, so we rescheduled accordingly. Property really deserves no stars. The management is outstanding (Lilli & McKenna) both have left now. The management does the best they can with what they have and the maintenance team is good as well. My wife and I resided at the Villas for three years, from June 2022 to June 2025. The property declines immensely in that time frame. You don’t get what you pay for 1900 in rent gets you a inconsistent trash service that you can’t opt out of, a trash compactor that is constantly Overflowing and is shut down at least 2x per we... read more

They charge $900 for base rent, $300+ for water, gas etc… And you gotta pay for ur own wifi and electricity which is another $300. And what do you get? Poor management, slow responses, terrible communication, piss smelling pool with bird shit and feather everywhere(gave me an ear infection) and thin walls. It costs too much for what your given, and I’m curious as to why they don’t have an elevator, I’m sick of walking up 3 flights of stairs with groceries, and thank god i’m moving out, but I had to walk up and down 3 flights... read more
