Continuesly changing managers. (Current Management is not at fault, within these comments.) Maintenence tickets keep getting submitted as completed without any work being done. No gym or pool use, but being charged for them. Laundry mat doesn't work, mailboxes missing keys or are unable to be fixed. The playground doesn't meet safety regulations. Rent keeps changing weekly, and if you make more than 3 times the rent you don't qualify. Prices don't match the website, rental agreements are from other locations and places. We'v... read more
Michelle Cooper is our Manager here and she is one of the sweetest persons I’ve ever met. She cares about our experience here and tries to keep all of our maintenance done on a timely manner. She’s a great Manager!
I moved in 3 years ago and it has been very peaceful but a lot of things needed fixing. Recently we got new management and things have gotten fixed, cleaned up, the pool has been completely redone after not being able to use it for 2 years. Michelle is doing a great job and especially with pest control! We have routine spraying now. Between her and our maintenance, this place is getting back to how it was when it was first built. I hope she hangs around is all I can say because she’s doing an excellent job!
I’ve lived here for 4 years now and really enjoy it. We had some issues in the past but the manager is doing a fantastic job getting things repaired and looking good. We finally have a good maintenance man, doing a great job. And we have a great pool.I thoroughly recommend our little community!
The website does not advertise that these apartments are for low income residents. I was told I make too much immediately after I submitted an application. Quite unfair in my opinion.
