The apartments are nice, management is great and the living environment is definitely friendly.
I’ve really enjoyed living at these apartments! The new manager has been a breath of fresh air—super helpful and on top of everything. The property is always clean, with the grass well-maintained and no trash in sight. Maintenance is consistently on point, especially with keeping the grounds looking great. One of my favorite things is how close we are to H‑E‑B—it makes grocery runs so convenient. Overall, it’s a quiet, clean, and well-managed place to call home! 05/29/25 and the pool is so fun we are at it every day
I’ve been living here for a few months and have nothing bad to say, the management is great and the apartments are so cute and the office is always nicely decorated for the holidays
Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I received a nice clean apartment. The complex is being stepped up with security measures and holding troublesome tenants accountable. Atmosphere is becoming more enjoyable with the new management company. Great job Mayfair Management Villas on Independence!
