0- Rating. Read all the reviews below and avoid these headaches. Leaking and Contaminating water everywhere. Walls impregnated with fungus and mold. A/C Unit with fungus and dust and viruses. Roofs are crumbling. Hot water issues with the washer machine due to the need of new broilers. Everything is falling apart, the outlets, the locks doors, fans, etc. Gas issues, smelling all the time.
