This is a nice place with nice apartments
Terrible!!! No manager on duty, no maintenance, no lawn care, ac is out and no one to reach left 3 emergency messages and no return calls. What are renters supposed to do? This needs to be corrected asap!
I went to tour with my dad & I loved it! The apartments are well planned & Myra from the office was amazing! So glad she's bilingual & made us feel so welcomed.
I just wanted to take a moment to brag on these senior apartments because my good friend’s grandmother absolutely loves living here. She had been hesitant to continue staying after the previous manager, but ever since the new manager, Myra, came in, everything has changed for the better. She cannot stop talking about how wonderful Myra is. She says Myra is one of the kindest, most genuine people she has ever met. The Villas of Hubbard is a luxury senior uptown community for 62 plus. Living with such amenities as central heat and air, washer dryer connections,large closets, refrigerator with ice naker, garbage disposal. We appreciate the new manager Myra that has plans for activities for better health and fun. Plans for making property curb appeal Office a nice area to enjoy get together
