I wish I could give a negative 5 star review. My friend has been there for over 2 months and we are moving her out this week. Her room is usually 84 degrees and they will not let her operate her own stat. (She is very capable of maintaining her own stat.) When I questioned the ED about this she said that she couldn't give my friend her remote because then she'd have to give one to all of the Residents. And when she has to call them constantly to adjust it for her, they take a long time to get to her. The food served is mostl... read more
