The staff is exceptional. They are helpful, compassionate, and kind. They all make it a point to greet us residents by name , and encourage us to get out of our apartments ! I’m grateful to be able to afford this residence.
Everyone there was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The facility is absolutely amazing and anyone would be lucky to live there.
My dad was a resident there for a short time. It wasn’t a good fit bc of his age. To the person whose dad keeps leaving his room, the staff is wonderful but some people have too many needs for assisted living. My dad got loving care at Hollybrook and they introduced us to Comfort Keepers . The Comfort Keepers stayed with my dad to the new place and then we hired them to be with him in the hospital when we couldn’t be there. Feels like home because of the atmosphere and because residents are cared for like family.
