We moved mom and dad to assisted living this past Saturday and have had a wonderful experience thus far! Apartment was like brand new and staff was very supportive throughout the paperwork process. Special shout-out to Teresa who made the whole thing smooth as could be! I feel so comforted to know my parents are in this safe and beautiful community!
I just want to give a humongous shout out to the Villas of Holly Brook specifically Teresa and the incredible staff!!! We have been working with Teresa for several months to move our Mom to Holly Brook in Springfield and the process on their end was seamless. Just wanted to drop a short note to thank the entire staff at Hollybrook. My wife was there for a couple of years and received outstanding care and it was difficult the day we had to leave. Their compassion and attention to detail for their residents will never be forgotten by our family. Thanks so much for everything - terrific assisted living facility.
I just want to share that my family member was a resident at Hollybrook for years, and the staff members were always so kind, and only spoke loving words to my family member, I believe that they have the most amazing staff there, and I believe they only hire the most kind and considerate employees, so I find the last comment unbelievable only because I have never witnessed anything but love and special care for any of the residents.
