I just want to give a humongous shout out to the Villas of Holly Brook specifically Teresa and the incredible staff!!! We have been working with Teresa for several months to move our Mom to Holly Brook in Springfield and the process on their end was seamless. Once her unit was available they were in contact with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. As the move approached Teresa took all of our calls and eased concerns about moving our Mom in. Just wanted to drop a short note to thank the entire staff at Hollybrook. My wife was there for a couple of years and received outstanding care and it was difficult the day we had to leave. Their compassion and attention to detail for their residents will never be forgotten by our family. Thanks so much for everything - terrific assisted living facility.
I just want to share that my family member was a resident at Hollybrook for years, and the staff members were always so kind, and only spoke loving words to my family member, I believe that they have the most amazing staff there, and I believe they only hire the most kind and considerate employees, so I find the last comment unbelievable only because I have never witnessed anything but love and special care for any of the residents. Imagine being fired because you are a good worker! All because you reported to a nurse that a patient didn't urine from 8am to 1pm because of one of the managers (Sabrina Johnson) put that catheter in backwards or because you refuse to pull up dirty depends on patients who have a UTI or trying to learn your job properly and being told " you tell too much" all because you don't like how they are treating the patient SOMEONES FAMILY MEMBER because your trainee (Kim) is more worried about smoking cigarettes every 15 mins or goi... read more
It would be impossible to express how wonderful caring and efficient the Villas of Holly Brook are. I am still in amazement at the cleanliness, friendliness, and how happy all of the residents are living in such a magnificent place. From the moment we contacted Teresa for all the initial information and through the move-in and all of the staff have been absolutely amazing
