My Dad has been at Holly Brook since November 2024 and I can't say enough about how supportive the staff has been accomodating with the move in process. They have been very responsive to all requests and extremely helpful in getting him to and from urgent Dr appts. I live out of state so the peace of mind knowing he is in a clean, caring enviroment is priceless. Highly recommend.
I would definitely not recommend this chain of facilities!!!!!!
Definitely very happy with the care our mother is getting at Villa of Holly Brook! They are more than a caring, supportive staff who are always ready to help in anyway! Thank you Holly Brook for all your amazing workers! We feel very blessed to have found you all❤️
My family and I couldn't be more pleased with Theresa and the staff at Hollybrook. We recently planned to move our mother into assisted living at Hollybrook but, alas, at the last moment we had to shift gears and go to the Reflections Memory Care instead. This was precipitated by a very sudden and drastic change in Mom's condition, and unfortunately it all started over a weekend. Assisted living was fine. Memory care was not very good care. Low staff numbers. Uncaring staff. Admin asked me (family) to do things, I complied, admin gave me the cold shoulder and refused to speak to me. Mom had a stroke and no one called to check on her from HB. Week long hospice before she passed. No phone call from admin until 4 days after she passed. 10 days, no call from admin. Zero communication regarding moving her things out. Emails sent, no replies.
