Memory care is understaffed a lot and poorly trained. The residents are left alone in the main room in the evening. They said mom had to go somewhere else when she was being difficult as Alzheimers patients will be
Bobby did a great job of showing us the facility. Loved the apartments. Very roomy compared to other apartments we have visited. Liked each apartment had its own patio. Residents seemed happy and friendly. Plan to visit again with my mother. Hopefully she will love the facility too.
I have lived here for just over 3 years. The apartments are great and very comfortable. Like any facility of this type there are issues that we need to work out but management has been good to help work them Out.
This place is awesome…so bright and pleasant. And great food and activities. Bobby was very nice and knowledgable.
