We (my wife and I) have spent a week here for quite a few years as a time share bonus week. Always have had good service! Friendly, personable reception staff and housekeeping staff very responsive. Rooms are spacious, on the spartan side, have had a bit of refreshing with new window blinds and main bathroom updates. A good value for a two bedroom two bath unit.
The Villas here were amazing! Very cute area, walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Cave Creek, and a beautiful (but difficult) hike on the mountain right behind us. The private hot tubs were a huge bonus! It was raining for a few of the days when we went also so we got to spend quite a bit of time playing pool and ping pong in the rec area. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have a larger group. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Had a great first experience at this Hotel! It was spacious, clean, and kid friendly! Had lots of things to do around the area & the kids enjoyed our personal hot tub! Will definitely be using them again our next family vacation 😊
