the actual maintenance is terrible
Great place to live. Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Cindy are great and help you if you need it. The maintaince man Leo Guzman is awesome. Thank y'all so much.
Here’s a list of reasons NOT to live here… 1. Advertised pool but can confirm the summers of 2023,2024, & 2025 was not open 2. No working A/C , haven’t had working air since 04/2025 3. INFESTED WITH BUGS, roaches, wasp, and ants. Pest control fee is $5/monthly. Never seen pest control in the 3 years I’ve been here. I pay $40 a month for my private pest control. 4. Mud all over parking lot and sidewalks. Fallen multiple times in different areas. Resulted in medical attention from infection. 5. MOLD, exposer resulted in my chi... read more
