Here’s a list of reasons NOT to live here… 1. Advertised pool but can confirm the summers of 2023,2024, & 2025 was not open 2. No working A/C , haven’t had working air since 04/2025 3. INFESTED WITH BUGS, roaches, wasp, and ants. Pest control fee is $5/monthly. Never seen pest control in the 3 years I’ve been here. I pay $40 a month for my private pest control. 4. No working A/C for months. Maintenance request ignored. Front office management very rude. There’s nothing good about living here.
Horrible place to live. Roaches, wasps, ants, no ac, water leaks, mold, poor electrical, ignored maintenance request, rude management, no working pool, trashy& dirty. Run away from this place. If you live here please call 311 the city needs to know how they have us living. This isn’t legal at all. They are violating our rights.
I am a resident currently and must say that the current manager Mrs.Cindy and the assistant Liz are amazing. They make sure my maintenance request are done in a professional and timely matter.
I really love my little apartment. All of the staff is helpful and friendly. Happy to see they're working on the outside of the buildings because it's a little rough looking.
