Its broadly an underwhelming experience. I would not recommend considering this location for your stay in Santa Fe. The main issues: -The parking spots are comically narrow, if you have anything larger than a compact car, its very annoying to park here, especially when the vast majority of guests are from other places with big trucks and big SUVs -The TVs are extremely dated. No streaming services when you can get that at a Motel 6. The front desk was helpful in letting me get a Roku stick, but then service didn't even offer... read more
We're just halfway through our stay here but so far it's been excellent. The service is wonderful. Since it's our first time we've been to Santa Fe we had a lot of questions. The front desk has been patient with us and provided excellent service. Today we've spent the day at the pool and one of the staff was out testing the water and making sure the chemicals were balanced. I'm very impressed. We're having a wonderful time here. Highly recommend.
On est arrivé à 15h30 et étonné que la chambre ne soit pas encore prête. Sinon hôtel bien placé, 15 min de la place centrale. Calme, propre, confortable...je recommande
