Very comfortable room. Bathroom is dark and cold. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Cleaning staff didn't come when they said they would. Loved the outdoor hot tub. Would stay here again.
Booked a 2 bedroom suite (4 queen beds, paid in full in advance and guaranteed) in December and called to confirm everything was good on 3/21/2025 (6 days before set vacation) and the hotel only had us booked for a single room (1 king bed with pullout couch). They claimed there was an issue with their third party booking site (Priceline) and would do nothing for us and were incredibly rude and condescending (spoke with Steve Bauer the general manager of the hotel).
