Nice location, in an area that is a bit more suburban and easily walkable to downtown. Rooms were nice and very spacious. Only complaint was the hallway noise is very loud-the door doesn't have good sound insulation.
Everyone (staff) that we saw was extremely helpful and friendly (even Maintenance)! Had a couple of issues with our room which were, happily, addressed quickly and efficiently. Shout-out to Jade and Sophia at the front desk. And another Shout-out to Adam (Executive Housekeeping) who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful 🤯!
This is more like a 2 star motel. It's carpeted throughout and smells old. Parking can be tough. The service is courteous though. But most importantly, as other reviews have mentioned, watch out for the surprise resort fee that many of the lower cost 3rd party booking sites don't mention.
