Honestly, I’ll give it to 4.5 if I could. Everything was great, the hot tub was exceptional. The only thing that I wish they had was breakfast, that was kind of a letdown, especially with how much you’re paying for the night. The room, though were fantastic, and super clean. It was a quick check-in, and I love their fitness room. Also, I don’t think you should have to pay $10 for parking that was kind of silly.
Great location in Santa Fe, great staff
We love this place for its proximity to the square and stores … we’ve stayed a few times but they had an ant problem on our most recent visit … while the rooms are clean, we had to be careful to not leave things out … hopefully they are addressing the issue as we plan on staying again. Beautiful place and area. Staff is great. We stayed on the first floor, our only issue was the mattress was extremely soft and caving in the center. No firmer mattresses available.
Not even close to being “grand”. Room wasn’t terrible, I like having the full kitchen. But if you plan to get any work done while there forget about it. The WiFi is pathetic, can’t even surf the web. It’s infuriating. Only two stars because the landscaping is nice. Otherwise stay at the Hilton downtown, this one isn’t worth your time or money.
