Discrimination. Customer is financially set but leadership would not allow the payout of the entire lease (15 months), meaning no risk, income is all 100% guaranteed. again meaning no risk, Leadership has no grounds to deny but for unsubstantiated grounds. unprofessional to say the least. go elsewhere to rent. Senior leadership i the issue because Mrs. Bellofanti is great.

Villas Continental is FANTASTIC~!!! The property is quiet, the location is very convenient, the office staff is warm, wonderful and welcoming (thank you Patti and staff), and the residents are kind and friendly ~ this community feels like HOME. ❤️
