Nice , well maintained place to live. Landlord is great. Very friendly and respectful.
My elderly mother lived there for over 7 years,once they sold the place they put her out of her home. They offered to move all my mom's belongings to storage for her because I was not in Florida to help my elderly disabled mother so of course I agreed to the help. I asked why my mom had to move and from what I understand she wasn't behind on her Rent,my mother paid all her bills.
