Horrible customer service.
The units themselves are decent but the insulation between units is next to nothing. I heard my neighbor play his accordion every day and my other neighbor's dog barking all the time. No privacy whatsoever. Also, they nickel and dime you when you move out. My husband and myself cleaned the place very well and we still got charged the cleaning fee and a couple other fees that are very questionable. Overall wouldn't recommend.
Doesn't clearly state early termination fees in lease. Simply says that you'll be subject to the "current move out policy" which was about 3k for me plus the cost of promotions.
Would never recommend. This place does everything and anything to keep your deposit. Hot water tank hardly worked, our dryer took 3 to 4 cycles to dry a single load. Their policy for giving notice on when you vacate the property at the end of your lease is the biggest joke I've ever seen. Almost sickening given the prices they charge tenants. The staff they have operating the main office are super rude, and unprofessional.
I just moved in best place ever . Great neighborhood friendly people and very respectful kidos.
