The president of the HOA board makes it her priority to harass people. She has nothing better to do than to make your life miserable...so beware. The parking is also inadequate and not practical for any possible guest.
I was visiting a friend there. The parking was easy. I think the individual condos are spacious and then floor plans are very accommodating
The units ALL had foundation cracks, what a nightmare!! Sinkholes, wall cracks, & so on!! The owners only had repaired what the HOA paid for (the foundation) from the settlement from the Builder!! Instead of being smart enough to know that secondary is wall cracks, oh well!! The Units are very spacious and have a Lot of closet space, & the owners that upgraded theirs are gorgeous, & then the rest are what ever!!
