Patients seem happy and satisfied with their stay. The staff is accommodating and caring of patient's needs. Highly recommend!
Super fun and caring place, feels like a home environment and its just what my grandma needed. Office Manager, receptionist, activities, have such welcoming arms as my grandma was adjusting. Care director and her team are helpful when you ask simple questions as gramma was curious about to help her adjust. Villas At San Bernardino is a genuine place.
I have volunteered here and really enjoy hanging out with the residents. They all seem to love it there and the rooms are spacious and clean. I worked with Janet the most and she is amazing at her job and makes me want to keep coming back. Her assistant is also really sweet too.
This place is the best in the area. I did a lot of research and searching for a good spot and nothing came close tbh. You can see on their social media all the events they do with the residents, and how happy they are. My great aunt raves about all the fun she has playing bingo and dancing, and she has made some friends that are like family to her. Even the staff feels like family! You can't put a price on that. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
Beautiful community. Staff is attentive the minute you walk in the door. Every staff member we encountered on our tour were warm and welcoming. Definitely the best assisted living in the area hands down! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to place their loved one!
