My mom was in the memory care unit several months ago they called and asked my permission to renew my moms medi-cal i said yes please i figured they would be best at doing it properly months later i found out they never did it causing my moms medi-cal to be canceled and social security deducted i brought this up to them they said medi-cal had nothing to do with medicare but it does medi-cal pays for medicare part b i told them i was going to have to go to medi-cal and try to figure it out because social security told me that... read more

I have a relative who has been at Villas at San Bernardino for the past 9 months. When I went there to visit her, she seemed very well cared for. The wellness director for assisted living and memory care, Dulce Allen, is in charge of the residents’ care and has been very helpful. She has sent me several pictures of my relative, smiling, and with items I’ve sent, with therapy dogs, etc. The phone is answered by polite and helpful people who do their best to put my relative on the phone whenever I call. Highly recommend this facility! The building and area are always upkeep. Always clean when I visit. I also have good experience because of this particular lady, her name is Dulce I believe. She was very professional and has helped me a lot with any questions I had. I saw how she cared and provided for the elders.

I have visited The Villas of San Bernardino and truly felt confident in the team and their ability to care for one of my loved ones. The facility is clean, looks safe, and thoughtfully designed for the population living there. The activities director, Janet, has a pleasant approach and seems passionate about working there. I would highly recommend The Villas of San Bernardino.
