Visited my former neighbor today. I was helped at the front desk and treated very warmly. Such a beautiful facility! Very homey.
My experience with this assisted living facility has been fantastic. Well organized location. I would highly recommend the Villas at San Bernardino It’s a great facility starting from when you walk in the door, you are greeted by Friendly staff The facility is clean, well run and it’s easy to see the staff care deeply about the residents. Staff was so helpful every time we needed advice. My aunt was a resident for over 5 years and was constantly saying how happy she was.
My experience here has been so wonderful!!! A big shout out to Jacqueline because she deserves 5 stars. When I brought my father into the facility I felt so comfortable and such a warm welcoming feeling. 5 stars to the staff and the facility. Thank you Jacqueline for making me feel that my father is in great hands.
I had a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. From the moment I reached out, everyone was welcoming, caring, and professional. I recently went in to go visit a family member. I hadn’t seen her for quite some time . I was a little worried on how her condition would be but when I went in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I did talk Jackie she was so friendly and she reassured me that my aunt was very well taken care of 🩷 This community is by far one of the best I have visited.
