My experience when I visited my loved one was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed with the family style environment. It was so comforting and just gave me of a warm feeling. This community is one beautiful place. it so clean, the staff are so nice and helpful. I want to give kudos to some compassionate, caring,and very knowledgeable staff members. What a wonderful place! I moved my dear mother in memory care here and I can say the staff has been amazing getting her settled and used to her new home. The director, Dulce is absolutely God sent. You can rest assured that your loved one is getting the care they deserve here.
The staff at Villas of San Bernardino really cares about their residents. My mother and father have been there for three years. They are compassionate and many times have done more than they are required to do. I appreciate the executive director and staff taking time to chat with my parents. The Executive Director ensures that they have enough med tech personnel to take care of all and respond timely. The food is good and they have several meals to choose from. Excellent management led by Kenya Carlton, and staff support. Gratefully appreciate the morale that is kept up in support of the residents and local law enforcement. Thank God for their care ☺️
What an Amazing place from the moment we walked thru the front door was a warm family Environment residents were out and very engaging all the staff was super friendly andHelpful especially Yvette Navarro and Janet There was a food display for lunch that looked Amazing apparently they have had the same Chef Ishmial for over 11 years ! What a great place I highly recommend Villas at San Bernardino for your loved ones !
