I am beyond frustrated with the way this company handles its owners. My recent experience with their corporate office was a complete waste of time. I spoke with an agent named Ari who was entirely unhelpful and didn't even bother to ask for my contract number or any identifying information before shutting down my concerns. She claimed there are only two options to get out of a contract, both of which involve transferring ownership to a new buyer that I have to find by myself. We’re stuck in a contract we haven't used in over 15 years! We’re getting older, we have retired, and we do not have the funds or energy for vacations like we used to. They won't let us return it despite numerous mentions about our health issues which are stopping us from traveling. It’s a financial trap for seniors! Avoid this company like the plague; they don't care about your circumstances and do not care about anything but taking your money.
Do not believe all the positive reviews about this timeshare! Do not be sold a lie like us! We have been owners for over 12 years and they refused to let us end our agreement when we have been nothing but loyal to this company. We simply cannot afford the fees anymore which we explained many times in our pleas for help. I booked a weeklong stay at one of the villas here through Expedia, for a family of six. It was a very competitive price compared to the hotels I looked at in the area, and included four bedrooms! There were no additional fees, like for parking, which I appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The added privacy and sleep quality helped us enjoy our vacation.
