Homes are nice. But the HOA are scammers. I use to be am owner. They would let visitors stay till 4 pm, now they charge you because they want to charge you for it. I have emails from being an owner and they lie. Avoid this place. There are many reason so many owners are selling.

La localisation du complexe nous a laissé un peu amère puisqu’on nous annonçait 15 min. des parcs d’attractions, ce qui n’est pas véridique, c’est plutôt un bon 40 min. Bien que le condo ait 4 chambres (appréciable). La climatisation était presqu’inexistante à l’étage. Des rénovations majeures sont souhaitables (figé dans les années 1970-80). We bought a timeshare with Villas at Regal Palms, believing it would offer exclusivity and luxury, but it’s been nothing but a letdown. Instead of a high-end resort, we’re stuck next to permanent residents and dealing with rundown facilities. The unit has had ongoing pest issues—raccoons, for example—that still haven’t been addressed after we made multiple complaints. This isn’t the luxury experience we were promised or paid for. Mouldy carpets and cockroaches. Old and outdated. There is nothing “luxury” about this place. It’s where regular people live and it’s far from what it’s hyped to be as a timeshare. Felt like a prison. We were about a mile away from the pool. You definitely need a vehicle because there’s no way you can walk from where we were located. Nothing was nearby.
