These are beautiful apartments. The building is beautiful inside and out in the common areas also. The staff in the office is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would move in there tomorrow if it weren't for one thing, the deposit amount. These are low income apartments, but the deposit is $1,250.00. There aren't many low income people that have $1,250.00 laying around that they can use for a deposit. I see now that they are giving 2 months free rent but that doesn't help with the large deposit they want now... read more
