Great office staff and maintenance crew. Always there when you need them. Just renewed my lease and highly recommend for those who are 55+ and older.
Fantastic staff. Friendly, responsive to needs/questions. Apartment amenities are why I'm living here. Residents are friendly and always waving to say hello. It's the perfect place to live.
HORRIBLE BED BUGS! DISGUSTING. HAVE PHOTOS IF ANYBODY WANTS TO SEE MY BITES!. I was 1st resident here. Cant find another place to go n they wont shorten my lease. In fact rarely get a response to anything. Horrible management, constant staff turnover. Have 40 other complaints. Many documented. FAIR WARNING. RUN!
I was supposed to see an apartment today, but no one was in the office and it was closed. I understand today was a holiday, but your call center told me I was on the schedule for a showing and the office would be open. Dealing with your call center is an exercise in futility. It's obvious you outsource this to some other country where English is NOT the first language.
